Full Stack Engineer

We work with a modern stack, a modern product approach, and a culture that values autonomy, clarity, strong technical ownership, and long-term thinking.What we’re looking for:4+ years of backend engineering experience with deep expertise in Java and Spring BootProven experience building frontend applications with Angular and TypeScriptStrong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API designHands-on experience with CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and building maintainable, high-quality servicesFluency in English, written and spokenNice to have: Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)We encourage you to apply even if your profile does not yet meet all the requirements for the position. At Haiilo we support your personal development as well as your individuality, no matter what background you have. What you’ll do:Build and evolve the content creation and maintenance experience, shaping both backend logic and frontend interactionsImplement end-to-end features across backend (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular/TypeScript)Contribute to the mission of zero-touch content maintenance, designing systems that automate and optimize themselvesDevelop high-quality microservices that are reliable, maintainable, and observableImprove and maintain database models (SQL / MongoDB) and optimize performance for content-related servicesCollaborate closely with product managers and designers to scope, refine, and deliver impactful featuresWhat we offer:👩🏼‍💻Flexibility & Teamwork: We love our hybrid setup and meet to work on-site at least 1 day/week, with Wednesdays as the designated in-office day.
