THE JOB LOCATION IS ITALY
We are looking for candidates with 3–5 years of experience in Laser Cutting who are interested in developing their technical skills through a structured internship and apprenticeship programme in ITALY.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with laser cutting machines.
- Set and monitor machine parameters as required.
- Read and understand technical drawings and cutting specifications.
- Perform accurate laser cutting operations.
- Monitor cutting quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Identify and report cutting defects or technical issues.
- Follow production and quality requirements.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Laser Cutting.
- Preferred: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant technical field.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant technical field will also be considered.
- Basic ability to understand technical drawings.
- Willingness to learn and work in a structured apprenticeship environment.
- Willingness to attend vocational training and Italian language classes.
Internship – First 9 Months
- Duration: 9 months
- Gross stipend: EUR 600/month
- Food and accommodation will be free during the internship.
- 20 hours/week of work during the internship.
- No additional salary will be paid for work above the scheduled 20 hours/week.
- Remaining hours will be spent at vocational school.
- Vocational training will include workplace safety and Italian language classes.
3-Year Apprenticeship – After Internship

3rd Year EUR 10.62/hour EUR 1,700/month
- Working hours during apprenticeship: 40 hours/week.
- Accommodation After Internship
- Accommodation will be subject to EUR 300 rent + EUR 100 expenses.
- This will be applicable after completion of the 9-month internship.
