This role serves a critical purpose: maintaining high system uptime, strengthening cloud infrastructure, reducing operational toil, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Director of SRE and the wider SRE team to advance observability, automation, and operational best practices across Cognigy’s SaaS ecosystem.
