It's not just about festivals, like Rock am Ring or sporting events - like Formula 1 or the Super Bowl - but also about guaranteeing all guests a thrilling experience.  Come with us as Manager Experts Team - Motorsport F1 (m/f/d) on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You hold overall responsibility for technical management and standards for Riedel technology within the motorsport segment. You support, develop, and innovate our technical standards for one of our largest projects. You plan, implement, and operate communication, signaling, and intercom infrastructures for all racing events. You coordinate and technically integrate Riedel systems, monitor system performance, analyze errors, and troubleshoot problems quickly during events. You lead the on-site technician team, including disciplinary responsibilities, and oversee employee development and performance management. You develop and implement onboarding strategies and training programs and facilitate coordination between engineering, project management, and the expert team. You plan resources, shift schedules, and worldwide deployment of teams, and participate in budget and workforce planning.
