GSE partners with Keysight Sales, Services, and Industry Solution Teams to drive profitable solutions and services growth while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.Role SummaryThe GSE Solutions Enablement Director – Europe provides strategic and operational leadership for a multi-disciplinary technical selling organization responsible for complex solution engagements across the region. The role leads managers and individual contributors spanning Solution Architects, Solution Engineers, Project Managers, and delivery partners.This position balances business ownership, organizational leadership, and execution discipline, translating strategy into scalable solution capability and predictable outcomes. The Director serves as a senior partner to regional Sales and Industry Solution leadership and represents GSE in high-impact customer engagements. ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Organizational ManagementLead and develop a high-performing regional GSE organization, creating an environment of accountability, engagement, and continuous learningBuild leadership depth through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and succession planningAlign skills and capacity to regional demand, reallocating resources as priorities shiftBusiness & Execution OwnershipOwn regional solution and services performance, ensuring execution aligns with sales and revenue growth and margin expectations.Translate enterprise and regional strategy into operating models and activity systems that drive consistent resultsMaintain pricing discipline and sound commercial judgment across complex engagementsSales & Solution EngagementPartner closely with Sales leadership to support strategic opportunities and complex deal engagement.Position GSE as a trusted partner for solution design, proposal development, and delivery executionGuide the evolution of solution engagement within sales practices, creating a sustainable proactive culture that seeks customer success and sales wins.Solution ArchitectureEnsure consistent execution from early-stage solution design through delivery and customer acceptanceStrengthen solution architecture capability across the region, including technical proposal quality and customer technical alignmentDevelop and leverage internal and partner delivery models to scale execution capacityProcess, Tools & Operational DisciplineDrive adoption of enterprise tools and processes that improve visibility, coordination, and execution quality, including TaskRay and AI-enabled proposal workflowsEnsure operating rigor around Statements of Work, delivery governance, and secure software practicesPromote repeatability and reuse through proposal, SOW, and solution knowledge repositoriesCustomer & Cross-Functional LeadershipRepresent GSE as a senior technical and commercial leader in customer and partner interactionsStrengthen collaboration with Industry Solution Teams to align regional execution with portfolio and market prioritiesChampion customer feedback mechanisms and use insights to improve engagement and delivery outcomes Qualifications8+ years of experience in solution engineering, delivery, sales, or business leadership roles with at least 5 years of direct management experienceDemonstrated ability to scale solution organizations while maintaining execution qualityStrong business judgment and technical credibilityExperience with complex solutions in test and measurement or adjacent industriesBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferredCareers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
