Join our growing teamWe are looking for a new team member to join our growing Debt team in Frankfurt am Main.What you'll doInteract with private equity funds, corporates, banks and debt funds regarding LBO finance, acquisition finance, growth finance, refinancing and financial restructuring projectsAnalysis of companies, financial statements, business models, business plans, due diligence and industry reports and conducting researchFinancial modelling – build Excel-based integrated financial models Preparation of presentations and pitches and support term sheet and loan agreement negotiationsComprehensive involvement in the entire M&A and financing process as well as responsibility for developingand training internsAbout youAn excellent degree in the field of economics and familiar with accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) and financial analysisExperience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking, from previous internshipsGreat interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done combined with strong personal skills in collaborative situationsExperience in credit and financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsFluent German and English, speaking and writingWhat we offerOpportunity to take on responsibility in a flat organisational structureExciting range of tasks and deals, with a steep learning curveLearning by doing and work in a great officeStrong team spirit, full support from all team members and a fun atmosphereVarious learning and development opportunitiesContact informationJana Anniesannies@mcfcorpfin.com+49 157 566 131 97About usMCF is a leading independent M&A and Debt Advisory firm with a focus on cross-border and mid-market transactions.
