Your team of 12 skilled and dedicated colleagues is situated at two sites in Germany: Hamburg and Sonneborn. You and your team are responsible for ensuring the delivery of smooth HR operations including high-quality and timely services, as well as ongoing execution of local projects and ongoing optimization initiatives.What we offerYou will join us at an important point in our development. We are strengthening our HR service delivery by further increasing our level of global standards, tools and processes as well as building one coherent team across locations with a shared way of working. As Manager, you will have clear responsibility for the German HR operations setup and play a key role in driving this development and translating global frameworks into effective local execution. To help you and your team succeed, you will collaborate closely with both local and global P&O colleagues including Payroll CoE and Workday Process Owners.
