We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to provide consulting and support services across SAP S/4HANA Finance and classic SAP FI/CO. You will play a key role in delivering, optimising and transforming financial processes for customers, working independently on projects and collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams.This role offers exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformations, ECC to S/4HANA migrations and ongoing application support, making it ideal for a consultant who enjoys both project delivery and operational excellence.RequirementsProvide consulting and support to customers in SAP S/4HANA Finance and classic SAP FI/CO Independently manage projects focused on the implementation and optimisation of financial processes Analyse business requirements and design, configure and implement SAP Finance solutions Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations, including migration of FI/CO data and processes Participate in carve-out projects and system separations Support Application Management Services (AMS) teams by assisting with incident and ticket resolution Customise and configure SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance modules to meet customer requirements Deliver user training, provide ongoing support and conduct workshops (e.g. Fit-Gap workshops)Professional Experience Several years’ experience as an SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant Strong experience in analysing, designing and implementing financial processes in SAP Proven track record of leading and delivering SAP Finance projects Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and/or preliminary projects Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration and customising Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects Familiarity with data and process migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA Experience conducting Fit-Gap analyses and business workshops Consulting & Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience advising customers, including at management level Strong customer-focused and business-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and manage project teams effectively Languages Fluent German Good command of English
