All genders are welcome PRESS START Product Manager (all genders) Jetzt bewerben Als Product Manager im Bereich Aviation gestaltest du eine klare Produktvision, entwickle belastbare Business Cases und schaffe mit einer strategischen Roadmap echten Business Impact. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Umsatz und Kosten, stellst Outcomes über Output und triffst datenbasierte Entscheidungen. In engem Austausch mit Kund:innen treibst du Product Discovery voran, erkennst Markttrends und entwickelst Produkte gemeinsam mit Engineering und Design kontinuierlich weiter.Was du bei uns bewegen kannst: Du entwickelst eine klare Produktvision, erstellst belastbare Business Cases und definierst eine strategische Roadmap. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Umsatz und Kosten deines Produkts und steuerst Chancen sowie Risiken aktiv. Du stellst Outcomes über Output und sorgst für echten Business Impact. Du führst Product Discovery durch: verstehst Kundenbedürfnisse, experimentierst und bewertest Risiken (Value, Viability, Usability, Feasibility). Du stärkst unsere Discovery-Prozesse und bringst neue Ideen ein, um Produkte kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Du arbeitest eng mit Engineering und Design in einem cross-funktionalen Team zusammen und förderst eine Kultur der Zusammenarbeit. Du hast den Markt im Blick, erkennst Trends und antizipierst Kundenbedürfnisse. Du übernimmst das Stakeholder-Management und stellst sicher, dass alle relevanten Schnittstellen eingebunden sind. Du triffst datenbasierte Entscheidungen und nutzt Marktanalysen zur Priorisierung. Du führst persönliche Gespräche mit Kunden, um Anforderungen und Feedback direkt zu verstehen. Was du dafür mitbringst: Erfahrung als Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise im SaaS-B2B-Umfeld. Hands-on-Mentailität und den Willen, echten Impact zu erzielen und Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben, wenn ihr gemeinsam im Team neue Wege beschreitet. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Wirtschaftsinformatiker*in, Betriebswirt*in oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. Die Fähigkeit auf einer übergeordneten, konzeptionellen Ebene zu diskutieren und Rede & Antwort zu stehen. Tiefes Verständnis für agile Produktentwicklung und moderne Discovery-Methoden. Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Business-Affinität. Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Stakeholder zu überzeugen. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1).
