Following our strategic expansion into continental Europe in 2023, including the launch of our first campuses in Berlin, we are continuing to grow our footprint across major European markets through 2026 and beyond.Our ambition is to be a driving force in the fourth industrial revolution, delivering innovative and sustainable digital infrastructure solutions while remaining true to our core values: Care, Helpful, Pride, Reliability, and Dedication.Job Summary·       Act in capacity of employer´s representative and be responsible for the end to end project delivery for one Berlin project.·       Ensuring growth in Berlin·       Ensuring overall project success Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe role includes but is not limited to the following:  ·       Competencies Act in capacity of employer’s representative and be responsible for the end to end construction delivery of our Berlin project·       Manage the project with all involved stakeholders in the construction phase  ·       Managing and tracking construction milestones·       Provide Vendor oversight and performance management to deliver assigned projects·       Review and approval of vendor scope of work and design review of site and building/project plans·       Manage compliance with audit results and recommendations·       Health and Safety leadership of the works across project·       Responsible for Preparation, submission and tracking of all necessary project spend in line with approved business case capex and run change control on a weekly triage and then change control approval basis in line with project contingency·       Provide Project Management support on any additional works and other sites where necessary·       Regular reporting on progress of project to VP Design & Build EMEA Person Specification·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering, construction project management or construction management – any acceptable·       5 years’ minimum experience in data centre project design and construction with hyperscale data centre operators, lease providers or similar·       Design and Build contract strategy experience·       Client or Contractor side Data centre design, construction management experience·       Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, project, and deadline simultaneously·       The role is a hybrid working approach based on VIRTUS working principles, meaning the expectation is the role will be a blend of working and in person meetings at VIRTUS office and on our Datacentre construction site in Berlin as required to manage internal and external stakeholders in order to meet project design and construction milestones Expertise:·       Expert in Microsoft Office applications (e. g.
