What you can expect You are responsible for developing and implementing DKV Mobility’s internal communications strategy.In addition, you provide communication support for key strategic programs.Your tasks include integrating all business units and international subsidiaries.You will also develop clear and concise content for distribution across all relevant internal communication channels.You identify and implement new formats or platforms to improve employee reach and engagement.Maintaining the company intranet in terms of content and design is part of your responsibilities.You are in charge of planning, organizing, and executing internal event formats to communicate focus topics comprehensively and innovatively. What makes you stand out You have extensive experience in internal communications and possess exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Strong empathy and the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way define you.You have strong media literacy and the ability to communicate topics across different channels in written, audiovisual, or live formats.Powerful writing and editorial skills, a precise working style, and a high level of creativity round off your profile.Your business-fluent German skills, both spoken and written, are complemented by very good English proficiency.You demonstrate impressive skills in using the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
