Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Roding suchen wir:
Production Machine Operator (m/f/d) – 10/5 working time model
10 days’ work, 5 days off – the 10/5 working time model
With us, you have the option of working under the 10/5 working time model by arrangement: ten working days are followed by five consecutive days off. This creates longer blocks of free time, which can be used, for example, to spend time with family or to travel home if you have a long commute.

Your responsibilities:
Operating and monitoring machineryPreparing the machinery and ensuring the necessary production materials are availableSetting up and adjusting the machinery in accordance with specified production parametersMonitoring production processes and ensuring trouble-free operationCarrying out quality checks and verifying the completed documentsIdentifying and rectifying minor machine faultsRecording production data and reporting any deviationsCleaning and maintaining the machines and work areasCompliance with safety regulations as well as data protection and confidentiality rulesYour profile:
Work experience as a machine operator, machine handler or in a similar role in productionTechnical understanding and experience in operating production machineryKnowledge of operating, setting up and monitoring machineryAbility to identify and rectify minor machine faultsBasic IT skills for recording production dataA meticulous, reliable and structured approach to workA strong sense of quality and responsibility-
