France) Outside cabin (double occupancy) with porthole No Basic Safety Training necessary before boarding Low additional costs for personal expenses (rent, supplies, clothing) No additional costs for uniforms or visas (at proper end of contract) Overnight berths in attractive destinations Choice of sailing area possible Fair working hours incl. rest days on board Fair holiday regulations Personal atmosphere on board and within the company Extensive induction and training at the start of the season Free language training on board at the start of the season Attractive promotion opportunities Your responsibilities Preparing and arranging dishes in the show galley Assistance with setting up and removing buffets, juice station, bread station, and cleaning these Adherence to A-ROSA standard recipes in the cookbook Compliance with personal hygiene standards Providing service at special events Assistance with daily changes of buffet decoration Assistance with providing crew breakfast, lunch and dinner as needed Mise-en-place and assistance in all areas of the kitchen as needed Maintaining hygiene throughout the work area Working in the main kitchen when required Assistance with preparatory work for the show galley Compliance with uniform code in public and non-public areas (especially when on watch) Assistance with loading Help carrying suitcases Your profile Completion of vocational training as a chef At least six months of work experience (preferably onboard ship) Excellent knowledge of German and English (on board international ships) Product knowledge that meets international standards Knowledge of HACCP Health certificate for the gastronomy sector Apply now
