We are looking for a Product Developer B2B (m/f/d) What makes this opportunity stand out? As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a central role at the intersection of Product Development, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain. You’ll lead complex innovation projects, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking and driving efficient, end-to-end execution across functions. This is what you can expect Independently develop and implement complex innovation and renovation projects in line with the B2B category strategy Take responsibility for the entire R&D process: feasibility analysis, creation of food briefs, product development, and ensuring quality, safety, and nutritional value Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards (e.g., sustainability, shelf-life) Industrialize new products in close collaboration with Supply Chain and other relevant functions Continuously optimize processes and resolve technical challenges Contribute to product specifications according to the specifications management workflow Provide technical support to the B2B category team and lead a PLM workstream during implementation phases Monitor market trends and innovations: attend trade shows, identify new raw material suppliers and technologies Work together with internal and external Stakeholders This is what you need to be successful in this role A degree in Food Technology, Nutrition Science, or a related field Experience in food product development and project management Strong knowledge of regulatiry requirements, coupled with a high commitment to quality and innovation You combine technical know-how with creativity, innovation, and a strong focus on quality Fluency in German and English You enjoy cross-functional collaboration and are a true team player This is what we offer At our company, people come first: You are important An honest, collaborative atmosphere and a positive outlook on the future shape our daily work Attractive compensation and benefits We are looking forward to hearing from you By the way, just be yourself during the application process, as this helps us see if we are a good fit.
