Our solutions address the major challenges of our time: climate change, housing shortage and skills shortage.We value a working environment in which diversity and flexibility are appreciated, cooperation in partnership and mutual support in the team are a matter of course and learning is perceived as an opportunity.Become part of our international team Become part of #OneAareon We are looking forward to meeting YOUYour integrated dual study program starting on August 1, 2026, consists of the following three components:Vocational training (IT specialist in application development or system integration (m/f/d)) Dual study program (Business Informatics) Practical experience within the companyRequirements:Completed (subject-specific) higher education entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachabitur) or an equivalent school-leaving certificateEnthusiasm for computer science, digital technologies, and business processesInitial experience with programming languages or IT systems is an advantageStrong analytical skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problemsGood performance in mathematics to handle the logical and technical aspects of computer scienceEnjoy working in teams and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-IT specialistsStrong organizational skills to manage both study and training efficiently and stay focused even in stressful phasesHigh motivation to continuously explore new IT topics and business contextsGood German and English skills (ability to read and understand technical documentation and academic literature in English)What to expect in the dual study program:Varied training: A combination of hands-on vocational training in IT and a university degree (B.Sc.) in Business InformaticsPractical assignments in different departments such as Group IT Services, Development, and SupportActive participation in innovative projects in software development, IT infrastructure, and business processesPractical application of theory: Direct implementation of what you learn at university in real company projectsModern working environment: Work with up-to-date IT systems and software tools in a technology-driven settingSupport from experienced teams throughout your studies and trainingIndividual development: Participation in internal and external training programs to deepen both your IT and business knowledgeThe theoretical courses take place on Thursdays and Saturdays at the university – the practical training takes place in our companyThe main modules at the university include: Methods of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics/Law, and Methodological Foundations (Academic Writing, Mathematics)Additional benefits:30 days of vacation plus time off on December 24 and 31Work-life balance through flexible and remote working optionsA future-oriented workplace in the growing IT solutions sector with a stable foundationOpportunities for personal growth through individual training and developmentJobRad (company bike program) for both work and leisure
