Sales & Customer Service
Active support and advice for our customers in their departments (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, Fragrance) and beauty trends on the sales floor Living the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing) Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye level Passing on knowledge about products, trends and beauty newsServices
Continuous further development of your own expertise Sharing your own expertise with the team Short and insightful services in all departments Implementation of beauty classes Responsibility for the Beauty Hub Development of team looks to support brands, trends and animationsOperations
Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications Assortment and merchandise maintenance Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates Carrying out inventories Operating cash register Additional tasks related to the daily businessKPIs
