Make an Impact.As a Controlling Specialist in the PLT OE EMEA organization, you will be at the heart of financial steering and strategic decision-making. Acting as a trusted partner to Key Account Management, you’ll ensure transparency, accuracy, and insight across customer P&Ls, reporting, and forecasting. Your analytical mindset and collaborative approach will help us deliver exceptional performance in a dynamic, international environment.Your MissionBe the Business PartnerSupport the PLT OE EMEA Key account manager group with monthly forecasts, annual strategy, and budget processes for assigned accounts.Master business plan Reviews Validate and adjust business plan calculations, ensuring robust assumptions and sound financial logic.Deliver Insightful Reporting Provide high-quality, reliable data for OE EMEA reporting, including pricing, sales accruals, and customer P&L impacts.Own Financial Transparency Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including Risks & Opportunities (R&Os), aligned with global standards.Analyze & Advise Dive deep into financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities—turn numbers into actionable insights.Lead Budgeting & Forecasting Support annual budgeting, maintain forecasting models, monitor performance, and ensure cross-functional alignment.Champion Data Quality Manage system inputs with precision, validate price lists, and drive continuous improvement in data integrity.Innovate Processes Enhance controlling systems, implement best practices, and support automation and digitalization initiatives.Stay Ahead with Weekly Estimates Calculate and communicate weekly estimates, combining your analysis with SCM/manufacturing input to explain trends.Price Analysis Expertise Perform article-based price analyses, manage special effects, and align central price corrections with KAMs and Controlling.Team Player at Heart You thrive in collaboration, build strong relationships across departments, and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
