What do you contribute?
Join our central and global strategy department of our Software Business Unit, which creates digital solutions for the entire rail ecosystem - including the DB Navigator, for example. You will be responsible for a varied range of tasks, approx. 60% of which will be business excellence and approx. 40% strategic projects. And this is just the beginning of your career at Siemens Mobility, which you will develop in one of two directions.
You will identify opportunities for improvement in our business processes, in particular through the use of AI, and implement these in collaboration with our specialist departments. Also, you will work closely with our business managers to monitor risks. You will drive the mitigation of risks to help secure our business objectives. You will coordinate governance issues and ensure that reports on product safety and technical standards are prepared and communicated on time. You will also support the preparation and implementation of audits in order to continuously improve the quality of our internal processes. Moreover, you will drive strategy projects - such as competitive analyses, partnerships or the coordination of public funding.What do you bring along?
You hold a university degree (Master's) in a business, information science or engineering discipline. In addition, you have impressive initial professional experience in process consulting, business excellence or a similar position with a focus on governance and process optimization. You are characterized by a background in the software industry. Furthermore, you have some practical experience in project management. For your role with a global scope, you will have a very good command of English and a willingness to travel (approx. 10%).What do we offer you?
