With a strong revenue base and a cult-like community of creators and customers, we’re expanding our marketing initiatives in 2026 to unlock our next growth chapter.As a Campaign Operations Working Student, you’ll support the operational heartbeat of our marketing campaigns. You’ll be the connective tissue between the Campaigns and Creative teams, helping us turn strategy into seamless, high-quality execution.If you love staying organized, moving projects forward, and working closely with creative teams, this role is for you.Responsibilities: Campaign Support: Assist in setting up, maintaining, and tracking campaign timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities. Keep stakeholders aligned and ensure information flows smoothly across teams.Meeting & Workflow Coordination: Prepare agendas, take notes, and track action points for key marketing and campaign meetings. Help document and maintain internal workflows to keep projects running effectively.Content Production Assistance: Support planning and logistics for content productions (shoots, briefings, creator deliverables, etc.). Coordinate assets, schedules, and internal/external communication.Research & Outreach: Help identify potential partners, creators, agencies, or vendors for special projects and collaborations. Conduct initial outreach and gather relevant information to support decision-making.About YouSome experience in marketing or brand topics: You’ve gained first touchpoints in marketing, campaigns, branding, or you’re studying in a relevant field and you’re hungry to apply what you know.Strong organizational skills: You know how to structure your work, prioritize tasks, and keep momentum in a fast-paced environment.Reliability and attention to detail: You take ownership, follow through, and spot the small details that elevate the final output.Clear and direct communication: You communicate openly and confidently with internal teams and external partners.Interest in marketing and creativity: You’re excited about content, branding, and culture and eager to learn how campaigns come to life.Research strengths: You can dig into partners, topics, and trends and turn findings into clear, actionable insights.Proactive, curious mindset: You ask questions, bring ideas, and take initiative to improve processes and outcomes.Fluency in German and English: You’re comfortable working and communicating in both languages across daily tasks and collaborations.Our OfferingIn today's job market, A-players have many options to choose from. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.Getting to know you: We will have a 30 minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study.
