As part of a broader payments transformation program, we’re creating a new Senior Payments Analyst role to establish and own Payments BI — the dedicated analytics capability for payments-specific data, KPIs, and insights.Today, only basic payment data is assembled manually. In this role, you’ll change that. You’ll combine deep payments domain knowledge with strong BI and analytics skills to build foundational KPI reporting and monitoring, while shaping Payments BI into a scalable, long-term function embedded within Pipedrive’s broader analytics environment.This is a unique opportunity to build a new analytics capability from the ground up and have an immediate, visible impact on how payments performance is measured, monitored, and optimized.Your new adventureEstablish and own the Payments BI foundations, including core KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and anomaly monitoring for areas such as authorization rates, payment economics, fraud, chargebacks, and payment method adoptionPartner with stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Payments to identify, prioritize, and define the most impactful payments metricsBuild reliable, automated monitoring and reporting that enables fast decision-making and early detection of issuesAct as the central source of truth for payments performance and insights across PipedriveProvide analysis and recommendations to support payment product decisions, PSP performance, customer experience improvements, and fraud/risk strategyDefine and execute the Payments BI roadmap, scaling and automating reporting as the business evolvesExplore opportunities to enhance monitoring and optimization through advanced analytics, AI/ML, or third-party toolsCollaborate closely with central BI/Data teams to ensure payments insights are embedded into Pipedrive’s broader analytics ecosystemDoes this sound like you?5+ years of experience in payments analytics, BI, or data analytics — ideally in SaaS, subscription, or high-volume online paymentsExpert-level SQL skills and strong experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BISolid understanding of cloud-based data warehouses ( Snowflake)Deep knowledge of the payments lifecycle, including authorizations, settlements, chargebacks, and payment economicsProven experience building and maintaining KPI frameworks, dashboards, and anomaly detection or alerting solutionsA hands-on, pragmatic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsHigh attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityFluency in written and spoken EnglishWhy Pipedrive?Build something from day one – This is a newly created role with true end-to-end ownership and strategic impactOne of the most business-critical areas – Payments directly power revenue, growth, and customer experiencePeople-first culture – Work with smart, kind, and ambitious colleagues in an inclusive, collaborative environmentShape the future – Define how payments evolve as a strategic capability within Pipedrive’s product ecosystemWork with purpose – Help over 100,000 businesses worldwide grow and succeedBased on this role’s access to sensitive systems and data, Pipedrive may conduct a pre-employment background investigation in line with our recruitment privacy policy.Pipedrive is an equal opportunity employer.
