Furthermore EDM, EPM and the DWS cloud journey will be enabled by TEA.As a Senior Team Manager Technology (m/f/d) / Architecture Transformation Lead (m/f/d) you will:Play a pivotal and entrepreneurial role in driving the enterprise-wide architecture transformationThis begins with – outcome-driven – determining the key areas for architectural transformation in collaboration with various architects, delivery teams, leads, and business stakeholdersOwn and lead cross-domain architecture initiatives end-to-end with a focus on outcome and managing overarching dependenciesWork closely with senior leaders from both business and ITSimplify, modernize, and future-proof complex IT landscapes by also trigger business and process simplificationsFocus on the current and future needs of the financial services and asset management sectorWe are looking for Extensive experience in IT Architecture on enterprise level ideally within the financial services or asset management industryProven ability to simplify, modernize and digitize grown IT landscapes and drive Architecture transformationsComprehensive knowledge of modern IT technologiesStrong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop sustainable and achievable innovative solutions and get things doneDemonstrated leadership and ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with business and IT stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, both in active listening and conveying messages to a wide range of stakeholder groupsTeam player with experience working in cross-functional and international environmentsFluent in English (written and spoken)Posting period: 17.12.2025 until further noticeFunctional Role Title: Senior Team Manager Technology (m/f/d)What we’ll offer you:Without the ambitions of our people, our achievements wouldn’t be possible.
