ESG Specialist

To strengthen our European headquarter in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently looking for a ESG Specialist (m/f/d) About us MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe. Your profile Legal or related university degree with good results. Proven additional qualifications regarding ESG management. First working experience in managing ESG requirements, preferably in an international business environment of comparable size as Hyundai Mobis. Good understanding of business constellations and the technical design of products in the Automotive Business. Structured approach and ability to systematically analyze circumstances to put it into a concept. Team player with strong communication skills. People person, interested and talented in convincing other people in a cooperative way. Cultural awareness and ability to quickly build a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Willingness to constantly learn about the Automotive Business and develop furthers skills: Fluency in English is a basic requirement, knowledge of other languages, e.g. Korean, is welcome. Your tasks Preparea structure for the systematic operational approach to ESG requirements/obligations. Review legal questions regarding ESG related EU legislation and other non-EU ESG related requirements. Organize upcoming queries from EU affiliates and coordinate alignment with HQ ESG departments. Coordinate the affilates' ESG related activities in alignment and cooperation with HQ ESG departments. Supportselection and implementation of IT tools from legal point of view. Research updates and provide internal presentations within the scope of expertise. Coordinate and address legal and related ESG topics of the affiliates to HQ and support clarification. Initiate and continuously improve the ESG activities of the EU affiliates and MTR, including proposals for next steps in development of the ESG organization. SupportESG related audits and certification activities of Hyundai Mobis in Europe. ProcureESG related trainings and information sessions for other Mobis employees where and as far as necessary for the specifice scope of work.
