Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needsDesign and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patient goalsDeliver targeted therapeutic interventions for physical, neurological, and developmental rehabilitationFacilitate improvements in mobility, self-care, and daily living skillsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment progress and patient recordsPartner with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physiciansEducate patients and families on therapy objectives, home exercises, and adaptive strategiesUtilize assistive devices, adaptive techniques, and rehabilitation equipment effectivelyRequirementsAnabin H+ degree in Occupational Therapy (Indian qualifications preferred due to recognition eligibility)Full professional recognition of qualification in Germany (mandatory)Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in occupational therapyGerman language proficiency at B2 level or higherDemonstrated expertise in rehabilitation, therapy planning, and patient-centered careProven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within team environmentsPreferred Candidate Profile:Empathetic and dedicated to patient-centered careExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPhysically capable of supporting patients during movement and therapeutic exercisesHighly detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational abilitiesPrior experience in hospital, clinic, rehabilitation center, or community-based therapy settings
