Für unsere Skincare und Bodycare Marken (unter anderem HelloBody) suchen wir eine/n Produktmanager/in (m/w/d) ab sofort in Vollzeit für unseren Standort Berlin. Deine AufgabenDu entwickelst neue Skincare und Bodycare Produkte- von der ersten Idee bis zum Launch.Du beobachtest Markt- und Konsumententrends im Bereich Skincare & Bodycare und leitest daraus innovative Produktideen ab.Du koordinierst den gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lohnherstellern und internen Teams.Du stellst sicher, dass Produktkonzepte, Inhaltsstoffe, Verpackung und Claims perfekt zur Marke passen.Du übernimmst die Leitung von Sonderprojekten wie Adventskalendern, Geschenkboxen oder Retail-Sets.Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team, um überzeugende Produktstorys und Launch-Assets zu entwickeln.Dein Profil2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement oder in der Produktentwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Beauty, FMCG oder Lifestyle.Leidenschaft für Kosmetiktrends und ein gutes Verständnis für Inhaltsstoffe, Formulierungen und Packaging.Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem starken Sinn für Ästhetik und Markenqualität.Kommunikationsstark, proaktiv und sicher im Umgang mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen.Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung.Warum wir?Warum wir?(Hybrid) Office Life - Ein kreatives Team mit Berliner Energy & Startup-Mentalität.Dich erwartet ein wunderschönes Büro mit moderner Ausstattung in zentraler Lage.
