Die Stelle ist ab sofort für einen Zeitraum von 3 bis 6 Monaten zu besetzen. Ihre Aufgaben Konzeptionelle, koordinierende und administrative Unterstützung im globalen People Development & Succession Team (z.B.: Nachfolgeplanung, Karriereentwicklung, Expertenkarriere, Individuelle Entwicklungsprogramme) Mithilfe bei der eigenverantwortlichen Planung, Organisation, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Veranstaltungen Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und konzeptionellen Aufbereitung von ansprechenden Präsentationen und Informationsunterlagen für diverse Zielgruppen (z.B. Vorstandspräsentationen) Aktive Teilnahme an globalen Meetings im Rahmen von Projekten & Linienaufgaben Ihr Profil Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint & Excel Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative Unser Angebot Attraktive Vergütung und flexible Arbeitszeiten Vielfältiges Weiterentwicklungsangebot über die Schaeffler Academy Gesundheits- und Sportangebote, z.
