Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie im Auftrag unseres Kunden in Heidenheim als Business Process Manager (m/w/d). Dieses Profil bringen Sie mit als Business Process Manager (m/w/d): Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit. Außerdem verfügen Sie über mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Beratung, Projektmanagement und/oder Controlling, vorzugsweise in einem multinationalen Unternehmen. Des Weiteren bringen Sie Erfahrung im Bereich Unternehmensinnovation und -transformation, Projektmanagement (z. B. Six SIGMA) sowie Kenntnisse der lokalen und internationalen Automobilbranche mit. Kenntnisse im Bereich Rechnungswesen/Controlling sind wünschenswert. Ihr Umgang mit MS Office und SAP ist sicher. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus. Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise als auch durch Ihre guten kommunikativen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten aus. Ihre Aufgaben als Business Process Manager (m/w/d): Sie sind zuständig für die Überwachung und Überprüfung von Geschäftsprozessen. Hierzu gehören die Analyse und Bewertung von Prozessen bzw. Verbesserungen sowie der Durchführbarkeit von Projekten. Sie entwickeln Verbesserungen für bestehende Geschäftsprozesse. Des Weiteren unterstützen Sie bei der Planung, Budgetierung und Ressourcenzuweisung von Prozessverbesserungsprojekten. Hierzu beaufsichtigen Sie Teams, die an den Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung arbeiten. Sie treiben Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekte voran und lenken diese. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Kommunikation von Aktualisierungen in Bezug auf neue Prozesse und Richtlinien sowie die Durchführung von Schulungen, falls erforderlich. Die Vorbereitung der Dokumentation von Prozessänderungen gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die Erstellung von Fortschritts- und Feedbackberichten sowie von Vorschlägen für leitende Angestellte. Die Sicherstellung der Qualitätssicherung für neue Prozesse übernehmen Sie ebenso. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört außerdem die Kommunikation mit Interessengruppen über die Prozessentwicklung sowie der Aufbau eines Netzwerks innerhalb der Unternehmensbereiche unter enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT und Controlling in Bezug auf Projekte sowie die Berichterstattung an das Top-Management.
