Help us to succeed in the shift towards Robotic Process Automation (RPA).YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate directly with the management: You get the goals, then own the implementationExperiment with process automation: Connect tools like Xentral, Personio, Slack, MS Office and external and internal APIs. While others are talking, we get hands-on and try outAutomate & optimize business processes: Use no-/low-code tools like Make, Supermetrics, and n8n to improve efficiency across teams. Build greenfield solutions and orchestrate many processes at once. Continuously identify repetitive tasks across the company and turn them into fully automated workflows. Develop automation templates that are modular, maintainable, and well-documentedIdentify & solve operational bottlenecks: Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements. Leverage data to make the best decisionsCollaborate across teams: Work with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to bring automation solutions to life. We always work highly cross-functional when solving crucial business problemsYour profilePursuing a degree in technology or business with a technological focus at a top universityKeen to work entrepreneurial in making processes more efficient and improving the user experience with cutting-edge approachesMeticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset, and bias for actionExcitement about RPA and emerging AI technologiesYou’ve built your own automations and can show us actual workflows, demos, or reposYou understand data flows, APIs, webhooks and have a systems-thinking mindsetYou’re structured, independent, and enjoy building scalable backend logicStarting date: 15.01., for at least 6 monthsFluent in English, fluent in German is a plusPrevious experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment beneficial Interested in joining our fast-growing startup?
