What you'll do Du leitest komplexe Beratungsprogramme in den Bereichen Operational Excellence, Produktionsoptimierung und Industrialisierung. Du bist strategischer Sparringspartner für das obere Management unserer Kunden. Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für Projekte – von Analyse und Konzeption bis zur Implementierung und nachhaltigen Verankerung. Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und entwickelst bestehende Accounts weiter. Du entwickelst und implementierst OPEX-/Lean-Programme, Produktionssysteme, Wertströme und KPI-Modelle. Du steuerst Industrialisierungs-, Hochlauf- und Reifegradabsicherungsprojekte (VDA/IATF-konform). Du analysierst und optimierst Produktionsprozesse, Kapazitäten, Kostenstrukturen und Lieferketten. Du entwickelst Business Cases, Szenarien und strategische Entscheidungsgrundlagen. Du entwickelst die P3-Methodik in Operations & Industrialisierung weiter. Du baust neue Leistungsbausteine, Publikationen und Best Practices auf. Du übernimmst Mentoring und die Entwicklung von Senior Consultants und Consultants. Who you are Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Managementberatung oder in leitenden Operations-/Industrialisierungsfunktionen im Automotive-Umfeld. Du hast nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in der Steuerung großer oder strategisch relevanter Projekte. Du besitzt eine Erfolgsbilanz in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche: Produktionsoptimierung / Lean / Operational Excellence Industrialisierung von Bauteilen oder Systemen (mechanisch, elektrisch oder HV) Hochlauf- und Launchmanagement Lieferantenentwicklung und Produktionsverlagerungen Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Kompetenzen (quantitativ, strukturell, konzeptionell). Du beherrschst das klassische Consulting-Toolset sicher (Hypothesen, Storylining, Steering Boards). Du bist in der Lage, operative Herausforderungen in transformative Programme zu überführen. Du trittst souverän auf und kommunizierst stark auf Top-Management-Ebene. Du denkst unternehmerisch, übernimmst Ownership und bringst Gestaltungswillen mit. Du führst teamorientiert, setzt klare Prioritäten und triffst entschlossene Entscheidungen. Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität mit.
