What You’ll Build The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. Position title: SAP Cloud Delivery Architecture iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Sovereign Cloud Cross Architecture – Technical Architecture Support Location: Walldorf, Germany Expected start date to end date: Jan 1st 2026 – June 30th 2026 Your main deliverables are as follows: North Star Architecture for Sovereign Cloud: Assist in defining the north star vision, reference architecture, and technology guidelines as part of CPA, with a focus on Sovereign Cloud Technical Assessment for Sovereign Cloud Onsite: Assist in supporting the technical assessment to explore the readiness of applications to run on isolated SAP Cloud Infrastructure. Solution gaps will be captured and solution proposals shall be made Project management support: Assist in supporting the project management-related work such as workshop facilitation, project coordination and steering In this role you will help SAP to drive the standardization initiative of tools, processes, and target architecture for sovereign cloud and sovereign cloud onsite. Additionally, you will collaborate with experts from various Lines of Businesses (LoBs) and Sovereign Cloud Services team to achieve overall success for SAP. The standardization initiative is highly visible within the company and plays a strategic importance to SAP, hence providing lots of exposure to upper management. Working in the initiative will help you gain insights about how the company strategically operates and how various dynamics come into play. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related technical degree Experience in software development and cloud technologies is essential.
