Ihre Aufgaben: Entgegennahme von Beanstandungen/Servicefällen aus dem deutschen und internationalen Markt inklusive der Erfassung aller relevanten Daten Aktive telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung im Service- oder Beanstandungsfall Interne Bearbeitung von Beanstandungen unter Einbindung des Vertriebs und der Mitarbeiter im QMF Kaufmännische und logistische Abwicklung der beanstandungsrelevanten Aufgaben, sowie die abschließende Bewertung der Beanstandungen Angebotserstellung für Field Service Einsätze und Ersatzteilgeschäfte Koordination der Field Service Einsätze inklusive anschließender Bearbeitung Bearbeitung von Wartungsverträgen und Initiierung von Folgeeinsätzen Rechnungsstellung inklusive Nachverfolgung Weiterentwicklung des Beanstandungsmanagements sowie des Field Services Betreuung und Unterstützung von Auszubildenden Übernahme von Verantwortung in der Projektarbeit Teilnahme an Gesprächskreisen mit dem Innendienst der Industrievertretungen Pflege und Aktualisierung der Preise für Serviceprodukte Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service in einem produzierenden Unternehmen wünschenswert Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen Sicherer und freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden, auch in anspruchsvollen oder stressigen Situationen Idealerweise gute Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP sowie CAQ und CRM Systemen Gute, vorzugsweise technisch orientierte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ausgeprägte analytische sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten Sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen Hohe Belastbarkeit bei steigendem Arbeitsvolumen Unser Angebot 30 Tage Urlaub Arbeitskleidung Betriebliche Altersvorsorge Büroausstattung Fahrradleasing Feedbackgespräche Fitnessangebote Flexible Arbeitszeiten Kantine Laptop Massage Mitarbeiterrabatte Teamevents Vermögenswirksame Leistungen
