Dann möchten wir dich in unserem Team willkommen heißen Für eines unserer größten Studios suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen motivierten und engagierten (Senior) Project Manager (all genders) in Hamburg. Aufgaben Projektsteuerung: Du leitest komplexe Multiscreen-Projekte effizient und strukturiert, immer mit Überblick über alle Tasks. Personalplanung: Du planst das Projektpersonal und sorgst durch cleveres Controlling und Reporting für transparente Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern. Kundenberatung: Du stehst im engen Austausch mit Kunden, agierst souverän als Consultant und teilst deine fundierte Meinung. Interne Zusammenarbeit: Du triffst Entscheidungen gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen aus UI/UX, User Research, Informationsarchitektur, Softwareentwicklung, DevOps und QA. Qualifikation Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer Digitalagentur, einem Startup oder einem digitalen Innovationsumfeld. Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für digitale Produktentwicklung und hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Leitung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten gesammelt. Scrum oder Kanban sind für dich keine Fremdwörter und du fühlst dich mit Tools wie Jira und Confluence wohl. Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse mit Leidenschaft neu zu gestalten ist für dich selbstverständlich. Du kannst zeigen, dass du Projekte erfolgreich, pünktlich und im Budgetrahmen abschließen kannst. Du liebst es, in interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten und schätzt den Austausch mit Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen. Du beherrschst Deutsch perfekt in Wort und Schrift und fühlst dich auch in der englischen Kommunikation sicher.
