Der Standort umfasst die Bereiche Soja- und Rapssaat-Crushing, Ölraffination, Biodiesel, Lecithin sowie Material- und Hafenlogistik.Wir suchen einen Leiter Mechanische Instandhaltung, der alle mechanischen Instandhaltungsaktivitäten an diesem komplexen Industriestandort verantwortet. Diese Schlüsselposition ist für die Zuverlässigkeit der Anlagen, die Effizienz der Instandhaltung und die technische Exzellenz in einem anspruchsvollen 24/7-Produktionsumfeld verantwortlich.Der ideale Kandidat ist eine praxisorientierte, strukturierte und entschlussfreudige Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher technischer Kompetenz, die in der Lage ist, Zuverlässigkeit zu steigern, die Instandhaltungsleistung zu optimieren und ein motiviertes, qualifiziertes Team weiterzuentwickeln.Hauptaufgaben• Leitung und Steuerung sämtlicher mechanischer Instandhaltungsaktivitäten in den Bereichen Crushing, Raffination, Biodiesel, Lecithin und Materialhandling.• Förderung einer starken Sicherheitskultur und Sicherstellung der vollständigen Einhaltung der ADM-Richtlinien für Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt- und Lebensmittelsicherheit.• Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von präventiven, vorausschauenden und korrektiven Instandhaltungsprogrammen, um optimale Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten.• Verantwortung für das Instandhaltungsbudget (OPEX & CAPEX), unter Berücksichtigung von Kosteneffizienz und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.• Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Struktur, Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten des mechanischen Instandhaltungsteams.• Sicherstellung eines effektiven Fremdfirmenmanagements und Integration externer Dienstleister bei Bedarf.• Förderung von technischer Exzellenz und Standardisierung der mechanischen Instandhaltungsprozesse im gesamten Werk.• Fachliche Unterstützung bei Anlagenänderungen und Projekten sowie Leitung der mechanischen Beiträge im Management of Change (MOC)-Prozess.• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Reliability Technical Center (RTC) EMEAI, um ADM-Best-Practice-Methoden und Zuverlässigkeitsstrategien umzusetzen.• Leitung der Planung und Durchführung von großen Anlagenstillständen und mechanischen Überholungen.• Enge Kooperation mit Produktion, Technik, Einkauf und HSE, um funktionsübergreifende Abstimmung und operative Exzellenz sicherzustellen.• Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen, Festlegung klarer Ziele und Bereitstellung von Coaching und Schulungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Teamkompetenzen. Anforderungsprofil• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Schiffsbetriebstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.• Mindestens 8–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Ölsaatenverarbeitung, Lebensmittelproduktion, Chemie oder Schwerindustrie.• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von mechanischen Teams in komplexen, großindustriellen Umgebungen.• Fundierte technische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Rotations- und Statische Anlagen, Hydraulik, Pneumatik, Fördertechnik und Versorgungssysteme.• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1 oder höher).• Kenntnisse in Instandhaltungsabläufen (inkl.
