Acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring regulatory requirements are implemented accurately.RequiredKnowledge of energy market regulations and MACOHands-on experience with SAP IS-U or similar systemsBusiness process documentation & functional specification creationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBroad knowledge of energy industry processes (electricity/gas sales)PreferredExcellent communication and stakeholder managementQuick comprehension and adaptabilityAgile team experienceCollaborative team playerResponsibilitiesAnalyze regulatory and MACO requirements for complianceConduct workshops to gather and validate business requirementsTranslate regulatory obligations into functional specificationsSupport solution design, implementation, and testingMonitor regulatory changes and recommend process adjustmentsPrepare compliance documentation; ensure audit readinessLiaise between business, IT, and regulatory teams
