Experience As the latest member of the Sales & Service group your will be at the heart of Market Intelligence for Aftersales. In this position you will play a critical role in parts and Accessories sales and profitability growth. We want you to: In deep analysis of Parts/UIO and Acc/NCS performance in order to identify best practices by product group and sales channel. Evaluate through analysis the feasibility of alternative commercial targets e.g.: Profitability matrix/KPI’s. Manage the monthly P&A Sales & Profit reporting cycle with markets. Support NSC’S Commercial Strategy by providing tailored recommendations to implement in their 2024 Commercial Business Planning. P&A target calculation and support during the negotiations with the markets. Prepare and distribute the markets their monthly P&A Performance Report. Contribute to the preparation of 4 quarterly P&A Executive Summaries. Analyze status of Commercial Structure & Strategy from G11 Markets and top Distributor Markets. Conduct market analysis, both financial data, key performance indicators and the profitability streams of the business. Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met Gather information and conduct initial analysis, process the analysis into a useful summary. Provide sound business observations and rationale to support and improve NSC profitability. Generate new reports to support team / department objectives and decision-making.
