As Senior Key Cities Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our brand and our most exciting restaurant partners across Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, and Düsseldorf.In this high-impact role, you’ll develop and execute innovative, city-focused marketing strategies that not only enhance perception but also drive measurable business growth. Your mission: to unlock the full potential of our key cities by combining creativity with a clear focus on business impact.We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a creative edge, someone who understands the urban food landscape, thrives in dynamic environments, and knows how to turn insights into marketing that resonates on the street and delivers results at scale.Location: Hybrid - 3 days in our Berlin office & 2 days from homeReporting to: Marketing Lead GermanyKey Responsibilities:Develop City-Specific Strategies: Design and lead marketing strategies to build local cultural connections and drive business impact in key cities in Germany.Collaborate closely with our most exciting restaurant partners to make their offers a core driver of consumer engagement.Gain First-Hand Insight: Spend time on the ground in priority markets to oversee execution, understand local nuances, and translate observations into data-informed strategies.Plan Strategically: Build structured project plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and resource needs, ensuring campaigns are efficient, aligned across teams, and outcome-oriented.Create Breakthrough Impact: Lead creative campaigns that blend storytelling, local culture, and innovative formats to shift perception and increase engagement, going beyond traditional approaches.Align & Collaborate: Work closely with local teams, restaurant partners, and central stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless delivery across functions.What you’ll bring to the table:Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); strong knowledge of the German market.Marketing experience, preferably with a focus on city-based/regional campaigns in the food delivery or tech industry.Comfortable working in dynamic environments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and flexible to travel as needed.Independent, proactive, problem-solving, and data-driven with strategic thinking and creative instincts.Strong prioritisation, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage projects and evaluate results. Positive attitude, open-minded, and adaptable with a test-and-learn approach.At JET, this is on the menu:A competitive compensation package (min. €50.000 p.a.) that rewards achievement and over achievement, supported with the feedback environment.
