Job DescriptionAs an ASIC Design for Test engineer (m/f/diverse) for Aumovio ASICs you are responsible for defining the top level test concept of an ASIC based on the analog test concept and the digital test concept. You also develop DFT specifications and drive DFT architecture implementation top level together with the digital and analog design team. You create an initial ATE test concept for the ASIC that can be used and refined for series production when moving from the development to the production stage.Your tasks will focus on the following activities:Development of test concepts for ASIC module functions based on the module and system level requirementsDevelopment of ATE test concepts and programsCollaboration with worldwide digital and analog design, layout, verification, test and application teamsDocumentation of test concepts, functionality and proceduresValidation and verification of implemented test functionality and conceptsDocumentation of test concepts, functionality and proceduresQualificationsAcademic degree as Master of Science / PhD in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics / Physics or similarExperience in design and simulation of analog and mixed signal circuits using state-of-the-art ASIC design toolsExperience in design and simulation of digital circuits using state-of-the-art ASIC design toolExperience in developing test concepts for analog blocks, functions and ASIC chip topKnowledge in layout of analog circuits appreciatedExperience in developing tests and ATE test programsExperience in developing DFT specifications and driving DFT architecture and methods for designKnowledge in semiconductor production processes (manufacturing, testing, failure analysis)Planning and organizing skills, ability to take initiative and to communicate effectively, eagerness to grow and developVery good English language skills (both written and spoken), advanced German language skills appreciatedTeam player with good communication and negotiation skillAbility to work in an international and multicultural environmentMotivation and inspiration (operate with integrity and demonstrates dynamism)Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.Additional InformationReady to take your career to the next level?
