(Senior) Consultant Organizational Transformation and HR-Strategy m/w/d München, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Hamburg oder Stuttgart | Vollzeit | Unbefristet DEINE AUFGABE:  Begleitung und Führung von anspruchsvollen Projekten bei unseren Kunden Typische Projekte: Begleitung von Digitalisierungsvorhaben, Organisationsentwicklung und Effizienzsteigerung durch Prozessoptimierung im HR-Umfeld Projektdauer von wenigen Beratungstagen bis hin zu 1-2 Jahren. In der Regel nicht in Vollzeit, so dass du immer mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig bearbeitest zusammen in Kundenprojekt-Teams von 2-3 Beratern Unsere Kunden kommen aus allen relevanten Branchen (Logistik, Handel, Produktion,Healthcare, Services, …) und reichen vom internationalen Konzern bis zum Mittelständler. Für den Projekterfolg sind wir regelmäßig mit Abteilungs-/Bereichsleitern oder der Geschäftsführung im Austausch.
