Responsibilities: Oversee strategic tech team initiatives from prototyping to development under the guidance of senior leadership.Lead the architecture, design and development of our end-to-end optimization platform, encompassing data ingestion and processing, optimization logic implementation, battery control, automated power trading, accounting, and settlement.Collaborate cross-functionally across the whole company to support the implementation of our automated trading system to the delight of our customers.Mentor and guide team members, enhancing their workflows with your extensive knowledge and experience.Define and promote engineering best practices, educating engineers and data scientists on designing and delivering maintainable, iterative solutions.Support colleagues during their onboarding, daily operations, and strategic tasks.Implement and advance our optimization and trading algorithm performance, focusing on both immediate go-lives and the strategic, long-term evolution of our system.Maintain and improve our tech stack, development environments, and infrastructure, from service development and testing to integration and monitoring.
