Your missionPlease note that this is an unpaid internship opportunity as part of your studies.We are looking for interns based in UA.ORinterns with valid enrollment based in Germany.We are looking for motivated Ukrainian and/or Russian speaking interns who are interested in supporting krisenchat Ukrainian in our journey with a minimum of 15 hours per week for at least 8 weeks. Since we are a platform for psychological counseling, this position is highly applicable for psychology students.Chat counselingSupporting the counselors with content-related questionsSupporting the psychological management in conceptual work regarding trauma, PTBS,the topic of refugees and moreParticipation in internal meetings and supervisionsTranslationsAdministrative tasksDevelopment of a task (tool) that can be used in the chat consultationHolding a workshop accompanying the developed excerciseYour profileConfidence in speaking and writing in Ukrainian and/or RussianEnrollment or Degree in psychologyinterns based in UA OR interns with valid enrollment based in Germany.Clinical knowledge of problems and psychological disordersInterest in supporting people affected by the ongoing war with a high sensitivity for this topicFeeling for sensitive communication and knowledge of resonanceAbility for self-reflectionFlexibility, fun and curiosity in testing digital support servicesAbility to work in a team and independently, digitallyImportant: Please check beforehand whether the internship can be recognized by your university or college. We offer children and young people professional psychosocial counselling - every day, 24 hours a day, via WhatsApp or text message. krisenchat has been available 24/7 since the beginning of May 2020 - since then, the many crisis counselors have been able to help in over 120.000 crisis situations. Since 1 March 2022, krisenchat Ukrainian has also been providing confidential crisis counseling in Ukrainian and Russian for people affected by war at any age - with over 23.000 consultations provided. In addition to crisis counseling, krisenchat reaches many millions of young people every year through psychoeducation via social media platforms. We are an interdisciplinary and agile non-profit organization and work flexibly from our beautiful office in Berlin or from home.krisenchat values diversity.
