Our projects are diverse, interdisciplinary, and offer you the chance to actively participate in the transformation of urban living spaces.Let's shape the future of urban development together, keep our finger on the pulse, and make a real difference Your ideas and commitment are very welcome - become part of our mission for sustainable urban development   What you will do You will work in an interdisciplinary team on innovative and exciting research topics and projects with the following activities: Shape the future: Support international projects to develop an innovative assessment framework for climate-neutral cities Be part of the change: Actively contribute to updating the Morgenstadt-Index and integrate climate neutrality into our strategies Shape growth: Help us acquire new projects and expand our portfolio for sustainable urban development Become part of a dynamic team: Contribute your creativity and passion to jointly develop innovative solutions for urban challenges   What you bring to the table You are studying a relevant field (e.g., Sustainability Management, Resource Management, Bioeconomy, Circular Economy, Climate Sciences). Excellent English skills (both written and spoken) are required; basic German is an advantage, and Korean is a plus. You have strong skills in report writing and science-based research. You bring a pragmatic, down-to-earth, and hands-on “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach.
