As a Program Manager, you will support the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) team by defining, documenting, and enhancing critical mission processes through automation, advanced analytics, and digital transformation tools.In this role, you will drive innovation by developing database-driven web content and creating solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing automated tools.You will serve as a technical expert in planning, designing, implementing, operating, and managing information dissemination services. The world can't wait.You Have:3+ years of experience in managing systems and software development projectsExperience integrating data modernization techniques, such as automation, machine learning, and analytics, into operational processes to improve efficiency and performanceExperience in designing and automating data pipelines and leveraging visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to drive actionable business insightsExperience translating information requirements into clear functional specificationsExperience with data governance, security, and metadata management best practicesExperience with identifying gaps in delivery and leveraging best practices to conduct process improvementAbility to modernize legacy data systems into scalable, cloud-native solutionsAbility to brief senior leaders and stakeholdersTS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Computer ScienceNice If You Have:Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, including at the Combatant Command levelExperience applying data modernization or digital transformation principles in large organizationsKnowledge of process automation tools, such as Power Automate or RPA platformsAbility to design and implement data-driven solutions using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and workflow automation platformsPossession of excellent written and verbal communication skillsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
