Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW. Director of Engineering (f/d/m) Full Time Hybrid Rosenstraße 18-19, 10178 Berlin Leadership Role 10/13/25 Meet the Team: As our Director of Engineering, you will lead a team of around 60 engineers organized under 4 Senior Engineering Managers, driving both technical excellence and cultural transformation. You'll be responsible for modernizing our platform and building EMSPaaS ( e-Mobility Service Provider as a Service) - empowering others to create delightful charging experiences across Europe and Japan.
