Your Impact You lead and develop requirement definition, analysis, and documentation processes across system levels for assigned projects You derive and translate product system needs into clear, actionable requirements You participate in system definition alongside engineering leads, ensuring cross-product reusability where applicable You define and implement processes, methods, and tools in alignment with relevant stakeholders You collaborate closely with the Global System Architectures Manager and other Systems Engineering roles You train, coach, and support process users while providing necessary tools and templates You monitor process compliance, define KPIs, and drive continuous process improvement Your Experience and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements engineering and management, ideally in the automotive or agricultural sector Solid knowledge of system modeling languages (e.g. SysML) and hands-on experience with requirements and MBSE tools Proven expertise in formal requirements management and system architecture Strong drive for continuous process improvement and automation using Agile, Lean, and modern technologies Broad interdisciplinary understanding across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally Your Benefits Attractive salary with Christmas and vacation bonuses as well as other special payments in line with the collective agreement A supportive, team-oriented company culture with a positive work atmosphere Options for additional insurance and pension schemes Work-life balance through flexible working hours and mobile work within company guidelines Personal and professional development through various training and education opportunities Corporate health management, including occupational medical care and social counseling EGYM Wellpass and other company sports programs Company restaurant with regional products and meal subsidies Employer-subsidized leasing of (e-)bikes We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
