Das Corporate Center ist Sitz des Bertelsmann-Vorstandes. Die Abteilung IT Coordination Corporate Center & Group Software Asset Management deckt sowohl IT-Themen des Corporate Center von Bertelsmann als auch des gesamten Bertelsmann-Konzerns ab. Darüber hinaus ist die Konzernlizenzmanagement-Funktion (Group Software Asset Management) in diese Abteilung eingegliedert.

Das erwartet dich

Unterstützung bei der Koordination und beim Management von Application Development-Projekten (z. B. Analyse der Anforderungen, Ressourcenplanung, Integration und zielgerichtete Nutzung von GenAI/Künstlicher Intelligenz) Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Entwickler:innen, Tester:innen, Analyst:innen und Stakeholder:innen, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf zu gewährleisten Identifikation und Lösung von Problemen, die während der Projekte auftreten, sowie bei Bedarf Eskalation an die zuständigen Ansprechpartner:innen Aktives Einbringen in die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse, Methoden und Tools im Bereich Application Development Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen, Reports und Präsentationen

Das bringst du mit

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement im Umfeld Application Development oder ein relevantes längerfristiges Praktikum in diesem Bereich Ein umfassendes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und deren Modellierung Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer aktuellen Programmiersprache und Entwicklungsumgebung, vorzugsweise Microsoft-Technologien (C#, Python, Visual Studio, GitHub), sowie gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Azure Functions Gutes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklungsprozesse, Methoden und Standards (z. B. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) Ausgeprägte analytische, organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit Flexibilität, Lernbereitschaft und Kundenorientierung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (fließend in Wort und Schrift)
