Role Summary You will take ownership of our technical data domain and help shape a young, modern data architecture. You will work with a current tech stack, including a Data Warehouse, Airflow, and dbt, enabling you to make an immediate impact. Your work ensures that our data is stable, consistent, and ready for meaningful use, helping us understand what restaurants need and how we can support them. Responsibilities Identify and integrate relevant data sources so they are structured, consistent, and reliably usableProvide data to internal teams and create clear dashboards and reportsMaintain, monitor, and develop our data infrastructure (Airflow, dbt, Clickhouse, Metabase)Ensure data stability, traceability, and overall quality, including analysing and resolving data issuesBuild data pipelines and data models that enable accurate analysis and reportingSupport data analysis and ensure correct interpretation and meaningful use of data Must-Have Requirements 4+ years of experience in the data field, ideally in a startup or small team with end-to-end ownershipStrong skills in SQL and Python, plus experience with Airflow, dbt, and Data Warehouses (e.g., Clickhouse)Deep understanding of data models, pipelines, data quality, and data infrastructureIndependent, structured, and proactive working style with clear communicationFluency in English - Conversational German appreciated Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience developing young infrastructures into robust, scalable systemsStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on long-term stabilityAbility to bring clarity and structure to complex data challenges What We Offer The opportunity to shape and evolve our young data landscapeModern infrastructure with Data Warehouse, Airflow, dbt, and a current tech stackFull ownership of the data domain and an advisory role in data decisionsA collaborative product environment with engineers, designers, and business teamsA technical sparring team for support, plus developers managing server and DevOps topicsClose collaboration with the leadership team and the chance to make a visible impact quicklyA meaningful mission where clarity, quality, and impact matterEgym Wellpass across Germany and high-end hardware for smooth workCompetitive Salary (experience-based) Hiring Process Our hiring process typically includes an initial conversation, a technical interview or task, and a final discussion with the team.
