Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Sales Manager Key responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for sales of Process Analytical Technology (PAT) products and solutions within the Analytical Business Line of the Process Automation/Measurement & Analytics Division. Your goal is to understand our customers' individual requirements and offer tailored solutions that create real added value. You will ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative sales targets to guarantee sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, and market share. Leveraging your expertise, you will support our customers as a trusted partner, increasing their satisfaction and jointly identifying and successfully developing new market opportunities.This role supports the Analytical Business Line in the Central Germany region (from Hanover to Würzburg). Key stakeholders include customers in the (petro)chemical, waste management, metals, automotive, and semiconductor manufacturing industries, as well as internal teams such as sales, service, and marketing.Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen dabei:Communicating with customers regarding delivery times, payment terms, and general terms and conditions of contract in accordance with ABB's offerings and strategy.Identifying and developing new market opportunities in the defined region to ensure sustainable growth.Supporting administrative processes in the sales process and participating in cash collection and project management activities as needed.Monitoring market and customer trends in close collaboration with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.You will become part of a dedicated and dynamic team that jointly develops innovative solutions for our customers.Qualifications for the roleYou have a degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable qualification.Ideally, you have experience in sales of process analysis technology or are highly motivated to learn about this exciting field.
