Linde Gas Therapeutics GmbHBusiness Controller Homecare Germany (m/f/d)Oberschleißheim, Germany｜req25914 What you will enjoy doing In this role, you will act as the strategic finance partner for the Homecare Germany management team, providing comprehensive financial insights into sales, costs, capital expenditures (Capex), working capital, and other metricsYou will lead and manage the Forecasting and Budgeting processes, ensuring that they align with organizational strategies and objectivesYour responsibilities include developing, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to business management and regional leadershipYou will perform detailed P&L analysis and planning, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, transparency, and data-driven decision-makingIn this position, you will oversee and control Capital Expenditures (Capex), guaranteeing efficient allocation and resource utilizationYou will track FTE developments and manage deviations in personnel costs within relevant cost center frameworksby supporting the businessYou will contribute to the identification and implementation of initiatives that enhance growth, efficiency, and profitabilityYou will collaborate on financial due diligence efforts for acquisitions, portfolio analyses, and investment/divestment projectsEnsuring compliance with financial and accounting regulatory frameworks, such as local GAAP, IFRS, and Linde policies, will be one of your key prioritiesWhat makes you great You hold a university or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldIdeally, you bring at least 5 years of experience in controlling or accounting within a multinational corporation, ideally with exposure to the Homecare, Healthcare, or Industrial Gases sectorYou excel at navigating complex situations with a solution-driven approach and maintain focus on results, always working towards future-oriented goalsYou demonstrate strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills and lead with confidence, showcasing a visible leadership style and a strong, engaging personalityAdvanced MS Excel skills are essential; SAP, BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, and VBA, are a plusYou approach challenges with analytical and structured thinking, supported by excellent quantitative and problem-solving abilitiesYou possess advanced knowledge of Controlling and Financial Accounting, with a deep understanding of P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow structuresYou are fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in written and spoken formats Why you will love working with usCaring for our patients is our motivation to take the lead each and every day.
