Territory Manager EMS (m/w/d) – Region Ostdeutschland Region: Berlin, Brandenburg, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Thüringen Wir suchen engagierte Kolleg:innen aus Pflege, Rettungsdienst und dem medizinischen Vertrieb, die mit Fachwissen und Leidenschaft unsere Mission unterstützen. Ob Pflegefachkraft, NotSan, Sales-Profi aus dem Gesundheitswesen oder Quereinsteiger. Wenn du Erfahrung aus Medizin, Technik, Klinik, Leitstelle oder ähnlichen Bereichen mitbringst, passt du perfekt zu uns. Aufgaben Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung starker Beziehungen zu Rettungsdienst, Feuerwehr, Kliniken, Luftrettung & Leitstellen Beratung von Anwender:innen zu Defibrillation, Reanimation und moderner Überwachungstechnologie Aktiver Aufbau und Ausbau deines Vertriebsgebiets – von der Potenzialanalyse bis zum Abschluss Durchführung von Produktdemos, Trainings und Workshops Mitarbeit an regionalen und nationalen Projekten Sorgfältige Dokumentation im CRM-System Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Product Management und Clinical Support Qualifikation Strukturierte, persönliche Einarbeitung – ideal auch für Quereinsteiger:innen aus Rettungsdienst oder Pflege Innovatives Produktportfolio (Defibrillation, Monitoring, Datenintegration, CPR-Feedback) Hohe Freiheit & Gestaltungsspielraum beim Aufbau deines Gebietes Hochwertiger Dienstwagen zur privaten Nutzung Die Möglichkeit, europäische und internationale Messen und Veranstaltungen zu besuchen Fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung (Fachtrainings, Skill-Aufbau, internationale Programme) Benefits Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und souveränes Auftreten Motivation, ein Gebiet aktiv aufzubauen – auch wenn es herausfordernd wird Freude an Hands-On-Demos, Workshops & Kundenkontakt Lernbereitschaft und lösungsorientiertes Denken Englischkenntnisse (konversationssicher) Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deines Gebietes – 75% Führerschein Klasse B ZOLL® Medical Corporation, an Asahi Kasei company, develops and markets medical devices and software solutions that help advance emergency care and save lives.
