This role is central to transforming procurement and maintenance operations by ensuring accurate process mapping, system alignment, and high-quality data migration.As a senior functional consultant, you will guide global and local teams through the transition, support Fit-to-Template workshops, validate integration across maintenance and procurement processes, and ensure business continuity during and after migration.Location: Hybrid model - 3 days in FrankfurtContract: Long-term contract (no benefits, medical, PTO...)Duration: 2-year assignmentProject Type: Large-scale SAP Migration (S/4HANA)Language: Fluent German and EnglishResponsibilitiesLead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process streams within an S/4HANA migration project. Define and validate PM and procurement processes, including maintenance orders, notifications, equipment/master data, service procurement, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management. Conduct Fit-to-Template workshops to align business requirements with global standards. Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure integrated end-to-end processes. Support data migration activities for PM and P2P objects (equipment, functional locations, services, materials, vendors, etc.). Work with internal migration tools (training provided) to manage mapping, transformation, and validation. Create functional documentation, process flows, and test scenarios for SIT/UAT cycles. Support cutover planning, data validation, and post-migration hypercare. Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory requirements (GxP, audit trails, documentation standards). Train Key Users and provide ongoing guidance throughout the migration journey.Requirements10+ years of hands-on SAP PM consulting experience. Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes and PM–MM/PM–P2P integration. Proven experience in S/4HANA migration or similar global transformation programs. Practical experience in SAP data migration projects (any tools; internal training provided). Knowledge of Life Sciences sector processes and compliance standards is a plus. Fluent German and English, both written and spoken. Ability to work 3 days onsite in Frankfurt with flexibility for remote work.
