Amazon's goal has always been to be the most customer-oriented company in the world.As part of our growth, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d).In your role as HR Business Partner, you are the competent point of contact for all HR topics within a defined network of our Delivery Stations. You support station management and all colleagues with your professional HR expertise and are available with empathy and flexibility to answer any questions that arise.*In this role, you manage several locations in your region and independently coordinate your travel activities so that you are always present and local to meet the needs of your network*Region: Rostock, Neubrandenburg and surrounding areaKey job responsibilities- Working closely with managers in your area of responsibilities and supporting them in carrying out their management duties.- Ensuring the seamless execution of all operational personnel processes at the sites in the responsible region.- Establishing effective working relationships with employees at all levels, in particular through regular presence at the locations.- Organization and implementation of HR projects in cooperation with operational areas.- Resolving multi-faceted employee concerns, including complaints and complex disciplinary issues.- Data analysis and preparation of reports on key figures and implementing policies.About the teamAmazon Logistics (AMZL), in collaboration with external sales companies, handles last-mile delivery tasks. We use creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers.
